21st Century Summer Program Nurse

Location: Greylock Elementary School                                                                             

Description: Provide school-based nursing, including medication monitoring and delivery, conduct and/or assist with pooled testing for staff and students enrolled in summer programming.  Work with families in support of the students’ needs.  Consult with other program staff to design, implement and assess necessary medical interventions designed to support student participation. 

Requirements:  Experience with school nursing required.  Appropriate licensure as a school nurse.

Hours per day: 7 (8:00 am-3:00 pm)                  

Days per week: 5      (Mon-Friday, except July 4) for 19 days plus additional professional development hours if needed.

Salary: $30/hour pending enrollment and grant funding

Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2024.
