21st Century Summer Program Student Support Leader

Location:               Greylock Elementary School      

Description: Create and monitor SEL interventions, collect and analyze behavior data and support a safe and supportive environment. Provide behavioral and social emotional support for all students in the 21st Century summer program. This role is responsible for modeling evidence-based strategies to meet the needs of all students. Summer program hours: 8:00am-3:00pm (Mon-Friday, except July 4) for 19 days plus additional professional development hours if needed.

Anticipated start date: July 1, 2024.

Salary:                     $32/HR Pending Grant Funding                                                  

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Required. Experience coordinating SEL and/or behavioral support services. Experience compiling and analyzing data. Excellent collaborator with a growth mindset needed.  Prior experience working in 21st Century programming preferred.
