Summer Teacher of the Visually Impaired
Location: District Wide
Salary: $60 per hour
Description: Vision therapy is a related service that is designed to assist a child with a disability to access the general curriculum in the least restrictive environment as much as possible.
Qualifications:
· Required: Current Massachusetts licensure as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired.
· Preferred: Three years of prior work experience working with students with visual impairments.
Anticipated start date: July 1, 2024.
Pertinent information: Must be available every day the summer program is operating from July 1, 2024 to July 26, 2024, excluding July 4th, for up to 5 hours per day for up to 5 days per week (Mon - Fri).
