AIR FORCE RECRUITER HONORED LOCAL SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER WITH CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION

Technical Sergeant Lacey P.J. Dixon, a U.S. Air Force and Space Force recruiter with the 319th Recruiting Squadron, planned a special presentation to recognize School Resource Officer (SRO) Mirante for her continued support and collaboration in local educational outreach efforts.

Over the past two academic years, TSgt Dixon has delivered several classroom presentations to Life Skills classes, engaging students on topics ranging from career development to service opportunities within the U.S. Air and Space Forces. These visits were made possible through the invitation and partnership of SRO Mirante, whose commitment to student development has not gone unnoticed.

In appreciation of her outstanding support, TSgt Dixon presented Officer Mirante with a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the United States Air Force during Officer Mirante’s Life Skills class. In addition to her students, Officer Mirante’s family and colleagues, including Chief Bailey and Mayor Macksey, were present.

“I truly value the opportunities I’ve had to speak with students here, and Officer Mirante has played a key role in making that happen,” said TSgt Dixon. “This certificate is a small token of gratitude from the Air Force for her dedication to both her school and the broader community.”
