Ethos Pathways

Dear Students, Families. Faculty and Staff,

We are thrilled to announce that the Climate Career Lab is officially launching — and we highly encourage students to be part of the inaugural fellowship cohort!

The Climate Career Lab, facilitated by Ethos Pathways, is a paid climate justice fellowship designed for students in grades 8–10 across Northern Berkshire County.

Through this program, fellows will:

• Explore climate and environmental careers

• Build real professional skills

• Create meaningful change in our community

Student participants can earn $3,500 through full participation, plus an additional $500 parent/guardian stipend to support equitable access to family engagement events.
