Representatives from North Adams Public Schools, Hoosac Valley Regional School District, North Adams Police Department, BART Charter School, and the Berkshire Family YMCA have joined efforts to launch a Kid Friendly Food Drive to help families provide meals to students while they are home over April vacation. Donations should be received by April 12th.
On April 1st we will be at the North Adams Walmart from 9am to 2pm to collect donations to kick off the effort. A suggested list of donations is included in the flyers and includes the list of drop off locations.
The focus is on kid friendly foods that they can prepare on their own over the vacation week.
