🌱✨ Our amazing 2nd-grade students at Brayton Elementary School rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty in the school garden recently! Led by the wonderful Jen Munoz, the kids planted, explored, and learned all about nature, teamwork, and where our food comes from. 🌼👩🌾

Today, Dr. Callahan and students were able to attend the Youth Participatory Action Research showcase at the headquarters of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. North Adams received a grant to participate in this student-led action research for next school year, and it was great to see how other schools across the state engaged their students in school-wide problem solving

The Youth Services area was filled with color, creativity, and community as families, friends, and library visitors came to admire the amazing work our young artists created throughout the year. From mosaics to comic strips, every piece reflected the talent and imagination of our 5th and 6th grade students.

Student Records will be destroyed 7 years from the date students graduate, age out,
drop out, or move out of the district. Records from the 2017-2018 school year will
be destroyed after June 30, 2025. Students or parents interested in obtaining the
records should call Student Support Services at 413-776-1670, option 3, 4, or 5 no
later than June 25, 2025. Two days advanced notice for pickup of records is
appreciated.

Join Us at the 13th Annual Teen Invitational at MASS MoCA! Thursday, April 17 | 6:00–9:00 PM This year’s Teen Invitational is an especially meaningful one for our Early College Art & Society students, who had the unique opportunity to serve as both art installation specialists and curators. Together, they designed our gallery display featuring 50 works of art selected by fellow student artists! These 50 Drury High School artists will have work on view all weekend, including film, sculpture, ceramics, mixed media, and more. Plus, don’t miss a special performance by the Drury Performing Arts Center House Band: School of Rock, playing live during the awards ceremony in the Hunter Center. Celebrate the creative talent of Drury High and student artists from across Berkshire County!
